Tonight I took a stab at making Olgla's famous snackers. Not totally unsuccessful, but definately not right either. So this is what they are supposed to look like.
But this is how mine turned out...
I have the seasoning pretty much down but have to work on how to bake(or maybe fry them). Any suggestions let me know. But I made a steak & cheese olga for O&O and he loved them! Actually wanted to me to make more meat.
...this is what happens periodically while I am cooking...
Remember I want your input! Let me know how you think I could perfect the famous Olga snackers.
